A delegation from the Knowledge Exchange Institute (IKE) and the Centre for Quality, Standards, and Management (CQSM) recently visited Shanghai to discuss talent development collaborations with Shanghai Disney Resort. During the visit, the delegation also conducted a field visit to gain an in-depth understanding of its brand building, customer experience, and operational management models.
