Introduction
  • Family businesses are the backbone of the global economy, accounting for a significant majority of all enterprises worldwide. However, these unique organizations face a number of distinct challenges, from navigating complex family dynamics to ensuring a smooth transition of leadership and ownership to the next generation.
  • Effective succession planning is critical for the long-term survival and success of family-owned companies, yet studies show that only about 30% of family businesses successfully transition to the second generation, and a mere 13% make it to the third.
  • This executive training course is designed to equip current and future leaders of family enterprises with the essential frameworks, strategies, and best practices to overcome these obstacles.
