The training component of ACT draws upon the principles of liberal arts, emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills. Our executive training adopts the SIR (Short, Integrated, Relevant) approach, prioritizing concise, efficient, and practical content. By integrating various disciplines, participants can develop a comprehensive understanding and apply knowledge across different fields. We recognize that while undergraduate and postgraduate programs provide broad knowledge, they may lack direct applicability in real-world situations. To bridge this gap, our courses emphasize specific skills, strategies, and practical knowledge that are relevant and applicable.
The development direction of our courses is guided by the 3 E’s: ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance), Emerging Technology, and Entrepreneurship. ESG focuses on environmental care and sustainability, promoting responsible practices. Emerging Technology integrates cutting-edge technologies into the curriculum, equipping students with relevant skills.
